Max Martin began ranch management in 1996
on his family's property in southwest Edwards County near Carta Valley.
He holds a bachelor's degree in communication from Texas Tech University.
A former radio personality from the Waco market,
Max enjoys implementing his public relations and marketing skills
while directing the social media arm of McCulley Real Estate.
With over 25 years of hunting lease management,
Max excels in matching each hunting lease landowner with the
best potential lessee to create a long term hunting lease relationship.
Max obtained his salesperson license in November 2023.
He works alongside Bobby & Andy at McCulley Real Estate
